Rauma Cata Oy took a strategic step by divesting its open deck carrier vessel “ENOUGH TALK”, with NJORD Marine acting as Sellers Brokers and ensuring a smooth ownership transition. At the same time, Rauma Cata Oy began working with NJORD Marine to find a suitable tug/workboat in line with their strategic decision to concentrate on the towing and barge operation business and to renew and upgrade the existing tug fleet.
This close cooperation resulted in the successful acquisition of the multipurpose shallow draft tugboat “Felix C”, a key asset in Rauma Cata Oy’s fleet modernization strategy. To complete the purchase, however, an alternative financing solution was needed.

The vessel, inspected thoroughly and found to be in excellent condition, proved to be a perfect fit. However, a change in financing strategy by Rauma Cata Oy’s traditional financier prompted the need for an alternative funding solution. NJORD Marine facilitated this transition smoothly by connecting Rauma Cata Oy with Beequip.

Vessel Profile: "Felix C"
"Felix C" is a shallow draft, twin-screw tugboat equipped with high-end tools and capabilities that make her a versatile and reliable asset for a range of operations. With an operational draft of 2.5–3.0 meters and a powerful 45.5-ton bollard pull, she is capable of working in both shallow and deep waters.
On deck, the vessel features a Heila HRLM 200-4SL knuckle-boom crane with a 16-meter reach and 9.5-ton lift capacity. Her robust towing winch delivers 150mT brake holding power and holds up to 1,000 meters of wire, making her fully suitable for offshore towing operations.
"Felix C" is also prepared for further customization, with the possibility of adding a second crane on the aft deck and a smaller one on the forecastle deck to accommodate specific project needs. The towing setup includes a stern roller for anchor handling and a push bow for barge operations.
The onboard accommodation is finished to high standards, ensuring a comfortable and appealing work environment for the crew and any Charterers’ personnel.
